Dr. Daniel Kovacik, D.M.D., M.P.H., M.A.G.D.

After graduating from Arizona State University, Dr. Kovacik received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Arizona School of Health Management and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency from the Lutheran Medical Center at the Maui Oral Health Center in Hawaii. Dr. Kovacik has been awarded esteemed fellowships with the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and the American College of Dentists (FACD), an organization recognizing dentists for high standards of ethics and leadership in dentistry.

Dr. Kovacik believes community leadership and continual professional development are the hallmarks of a good dentist. He holds leadership positions with the Central Arizona Dental Society (CADS) and the Arizona Academy of General Dentistry (AzAGD). Dr. Kovacik was a graduate of the inaugural class of the Leadership Exploration and Development Program (LEAD) with the Arizona Dental Association. He also served as Adjunct Faculty at Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Brady was raised in a family of engineers, quickly growing a love for science and technology. Completing his Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, Development Biology at the University of Washington in Seattle. He later went on a life-changing mission trip in Uganda, Africa, where he fell in love with dentistry and decided to make it his life’s work. This led him to attend the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Dr. Brady loves many facets of dentistry – being a healthcare provider, a community leader, an artist, and most importantly, connecting with people! He especially loves the impact he makes on his patients and making dentistry a comfortable and positive experience for everyone. He is honored and dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care to his patients and their families.

Dr. Brady is active in his local and national dental community, allowing him to expand the services he can offer his patients and elevate their oral care.
